John D. Zalewski received his bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of Minnesota and a Doctor of Law from the University of Wisconsin and has practiced law in Hawai‘i for over 30 years, concentrating his practice in civil litigation and commercial litigation.

Paralegal/Legal Assistant
We are seeking a full-time paralegal/legal assistant with experience working in civil litigation to join our law firm in downtown Honolulu. Position will involve supporting the litigation process, including assisting with discovery, document collection, propounding and responding to written discovery requests, assisting with depositions, mediations, motions, and trial, administrative duties, and managing logistics.
Requirements
Ideal candidates will have three or more years of litigation experience, possess excellent communication and IT skills, and be seeking professional growth.
Benefits
Our firm will offer annual salary starting at $75,000 or commensurate with abilities and experience, annual bonus, and medical and other benefits, paid parking, 401(k) plan with employer matching, and the opportunity to practice civil commercial litigation with experienced attorneys.
